Use the form below to register for the Patrick’s Putts & Pans 2026 golf outing. You can sign up for Golf and Dinner or join us for the dinner program only. A check payment is required to complete your registration.

Golfer Registration entrance fee for the day-of golf outing includes:
• Full round of golf and cart
• Lunch at the turn, sponsored by Ottimo
• Beat the “smo”
• Banquet Dinner (steak, chicken, potato, salad, bread service, and open bar)
